OK, now a lesson on how to dress up your emails from StarterHut with some graphics. Here is how I do this one: (Note: You need to be connected to the internet when you do this.)
1) Start a new Template and give it a Name, From and Subject. Click on the Table control
and put in a table with 2 columns and 3 rows. The results should look like this:

2) Put your cursor in the top right cell and click the Insert Image button
This will open up a Browse and Insert screen where you will browse to an image (JPG or BMP file) of you the Logo. Do the same in the top cell on the right for the Header Image. You can then resize each image to fit properly on the form. I put The Tag line as text under the logo and in the bottom left cell “Hello Everyone…”. Then click outside the Table, hit Return a few times and put in your signature. The results for this newsletter looks like:

3) Now do an email Broadcast and select the Template you just created. Going forward all you have to do is fill in the text in the middle and your marketing materials will be sexy and consistent creating an identifiable brand for you club. You are only limited by your imagination for inserting other graphics throughout the emails and you can create as many templates as you like.
Bonus Hint: Put the body of your newsletter in a table (1 row and 1 column) and set the border of the table to 0 if you don't want to see the border. Size this table to match your letterhead table. This will give you the professional look of formatted text. Also don't be afraid to use those other buttons we put on there for Fonts, Colors, Alignment, etc…. Enjoy.
