Hey Rick, I get it. 

 

As you know, Cog Hill uses almost everything you produce:  POS (including invoicing and Virtual Golf Shop), Reservation System (including our Loyalty Program, On-line Reservations and iphone App), Inventory, Full blown Restaurant and Snack Shop / Halfway House…

 

Do I want updates? – You bet!  Do we ever have problems after an update- you bet!  Although, I can honestly say that there has never been anything that cost me more than a phone call to solve.  What about time? - More good new here- all issues have been generally resolved within 30 minutes or less.

 

I want to get every ounce out of our system and have found these minor issues well worth the increased productivity and efficiency we have achieved.

 

I understand that some people settle for an “out of the box” experience and may not appreciate the updates– I want more.  I have always found the staff at Club Prophet System open and willing to accommodate changes I have needed for our unique business.

Tom and Rick,

My partner and I took over a failing golf course from Washoe County in Reno, NV in November of 2009.  I was skeptical about Club Prophet Systems and Pro Shopkeeper being able to do everything we wanted in a POS system.  After 7 months I'm pleased to say we've familiarized ourselves with the capabilities of the software and am very impressed and completely satisfied.  And we also had Torrey Schultz out for several days of training and he was an absolute All-Star.   A great product with terrific support...we'll be customers for a long time!
